Shipping Information

Orders are shipped within 1 business day for all non-print on demand products. After fulfillment orders can take up to 6 business days to arrive for domestic orders and 3 - 4 weeks to arrive for international orders, unless otherwise stated (for instance, pre-orders will not ship until the item is in stock).

Domestic Shipping:

• Standard: 2-6 business days to most metro areas in Australia
• Express: 1-4 business days to most metro areas in Australia

International Shipping:

• International Delivery: 1-4 weeks to major partners (USA, UK, New Zealand)
• International Delivery: 2-8 weeks to most other countries

Print On Demand Products Domestic Shipping:

• Standard Delivery: 8-15 business days to most metro areas in Australia
• Express Delivery: 8-20 business days to non-metro areas in Australia

Tracking

All orders include tracked shipping. Once your order is shipped, we'll email you a link to track your package. If you can't find your tracking or order confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, email us with your order number and/or delivery address so we can locate it for you.

For international packages, you can track your parcel more frequently once it reaches your country. Simply use the new tracking number on your local postal service's tracking page. If you have any questions about tracking your order, please contact your local postal service, as they handle the final delivery.
