Refunds

We're confident you'll adore your Flatline Party order, but if something doesn't meet your expectations, you have a 14-day window from the day you receive your parcel to start a return.

Conditions for Returns:

• Item/s must be unworn apart from trying on, unwashed and still in re-sellable condition
• All original tags must remain attached

We are unable to process direct exchanges for returned items. If you need a different size, please return the item to us and place a new order.

Return Options:

To start a return you can email us at contact@flatlineparty.com with your order number or if you have a Flatline Party account you can request and manage returns from your account.

Shipping:

If your return is approved, please securely package your items in a non-see-through, sealable, and waterproof bag and return them to us. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. However, if the refund is successful, we will reimburse you for the shipping cost. After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of change of mind.

Gift cards are non-refundable
